By accessing or using the Scrap Management System ("the System") provided by Yaaka Corp ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the System.

2. Description of Service

The System provides a platform for managing scrap metal transactions, including but not limited to:

• Recording purchases and sales of scrap materials
• Tracking inventory and stock levels
• Generating reports and analytics
• Managing customer and supplier information
• Processing financial transactions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the System, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Types

The System offers different account types with varying permissions:

• Admin Accounts: Full access to all system features
• Manager Accounts: Access to operational features with some restrictions
• Standard User Accounts: Limited to basic transaction entry

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the System to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the System
• Interfere with the System's operation
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Financial Transactions

5.1 Pricing

All prices for scrap materials are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

5.2 Payments

Payment terms are as agreed between Yaaka Corp and the customer. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to transactions conducted through the System.

6. Intellectual Property

The System and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yaaka Corp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Data Ownership

While you retain ownership of your business data entered into the System, you grant Yaaka Corp a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this data to provide and improve our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the System will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The System is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Yaaka Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the System
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted
• Any errors or omissions in any content

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sunyani, Bono Region.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date."

Your continued use of the System after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
